Job description

Job Summary:

The Service Coordinator will ensure that people have a pleasant, informed, and professional experience when receiving or inquiring about products and services at XPEL.

Core Duties

  • Gaining knowledge of XPEL products; assisting customers with questions on XPEL products and services
  • Responsible for the training and development of Service Coordinators and creating and updating "How to" documents
  • Assist with creating and maintaining installer schedules and scheduling of customer installs
  • Track order progress and communicate with customers accordingly
  • Check-in vehicles and inspect for pre-existing damages
  • Creating estimates, invoicing and billing
  • Reporting and processing of RA's and payment credits.
  • Collect Resale tax documents for all locations
  • Process and train other Service Coordinators on Accounts Receivable
  • Supply and inventory maintenance, ordering supplies or products as necessary to maintain required shelf quantities, and oversee orders for all other designated locations
  • Create are review job lists for all locations
  • Assisting the Market Manager with administrative and office work as needed
  • Occasionally helping to shuttle vehicles from one location to another (current driver license required)


Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must meet insurability requirements under the company's motor vehicle insurance policy
  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
  • Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
