Overview

Were looking for a detail-oriented, production-minded person to own the pre-production process and help keep our shop running smoothly.
This role sits right between sales, art, and production. Youll be responsible for making sure every job is set up correctly, scheduled properly, and fully ready before it hits the floor.
If you understand how a screen print shop actually operatesand can communicate clearly with both customers and productionthis is a great fit.
What Youll Be Doing

Pre-Production & Art Setup

  • Review incoming art files and ensure they are production-ready
  • Confirm sizing, placement, colors, and print specs
  • Coordinate with design team or customer to fix any artwork issues
  • Prepare jobs for screen print and embroidery production
Scheduling & Workflow

  • Build and help manage the production schedule inside Printavo
  • Prioritize jobs based on due dates, complexity, and capacity
  • Ensure all jobs are fully approved and ready before entering production
  • Work closely with production team to keep workflow moving
Customer Communication

  • Communicate directly with customers for approvals, questions, and updates
  • Clarify order details to prevent production errors
  • Keep communication fast, clear, and professional
Production Coordination

  • Work alongside the screen print team to ensure jobs are executed correctly
  • Assist with pre-press needs including working with Exile Spyder II or similar RIP/separation software
  • Help troubleshoot issues before and during production
What Were Looking For

  • Experience working in a screen printing or embroidery shop
  • Familiarity with Printavo
  • Experience with Exile Spyder II or similar separation software
  • Strong understanding of art file types (vector vs raster, AI, EPS, PNG, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal team
  • Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once
  • Comfortable working directly with a production team in a fast-paced environment
