Job description

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Sustainment/Pre-Production Lead Logistics Specialist (EMU/EMF) to join our team of professionals in support of the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) Warehouse Support Services (WSS) Program.

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

  • Lead sustainment and pre-production logistics operations in support of(EMU/EMF)and EXMED platform readiness.
  • Ensure all EXMED allowances are fully filled and properly assigned to the appropriate platform.
  • Ensure all material assigned to a specific EXMED platform is stowed together in the designated racking system at NMRLC.
  • Maintain all kitted platforms in a Ready for Issue (RFI) condition.
  • Remove and replace expired, outdated, damaged, or excess material from shelves, kits, and EXMED platforms.
  • Conduct sustainment efforts, including review, stocking, replenishment, and re-supply of medical logistics items.
  • Perform pre-production operations to include planning pull requirements, preparation, pre-labeling, and stowage of material to support future production and kitting efforts.
  • Support receiving, shipping, storing (stowing), selecting (picking), supply turn-in, packing (kitting and stuffing), unpacking (downloading), and inventory of general and specialized material and equipment.
  • Assesss sustainment discrepancies, including shortages, overages, late-arriving material, and expired stock.
  • Identify and resolve material discrepancies to maintain all assigned platforms in a constant state of readiness.
  • Ensure platform material is accurately documented and updated in automated inventory systems.
  • Support material rotation and stock replenishment activities.
  • Coordinate sustainment actions in accordance with DoD, U.S. Navy, NMRLC, and contract requirements.
  • Operate material handling equipment as required.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)

Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience leading staff and execution of pre-production logistics operations, including development and execution of planning pull, preparation, pre-labeling, and stowage activities.
  • Experience performing material sustainment operations, including assessing and replacing expiring / expired material.
  • Experience identifying and resolving shortages, overages, and sustainment discrepancies.
  • Experience supporting EXMED, deployable medical systems, warehouse logistics, or medical sustainment operations preferred.
  • Experience maintaining material in a constant Ready for Issue (RFI) state.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to operate various types of material handling equipment.
  • Must have a valid driverโ€™s license to drive stand-up and 4โ€“6K forklifts.
  • Ability to work in warehouse, racking, and platform staging environments.
  • Experience with automated warehouse/inventory systems preferred.

  • Must be able to pass a background investigation (minimumT-1/NACI)
