Description
$750 Hiring Bonus for new Team Members plus $60 in gas gift cards during our onboarding process. Additional $1 per hour for hours worked from 6pm to 6am!

There is a 50% employer match up to 6% on our 401(k), a profit-sharing bonus paid out multiple times a year when financial goals are met, double pay on holidays, 25¢ off per gallon of gas at our gas station, and a generous Paid Time Off policy where you can earn up to 18 days in your first year of employment!
Provides excellent internal and external guest service while cooking all food orders in a quick and timely manner; completes payment transactions efficiently and accurately when working in assigned outlets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for fast and clean servicing of all menu items to the servers and ensures each order sent out is uniform and consistent
  • Controls food production to include: proper cooking methods, cooking time and temperature and ensures sanitation, handling and storage of prepared food and leftovers
  • Greets and completes payment transactions for customer orders while working in assigned outlets on a POS (point of sale) system, accepts payment and (when applicable) accurately gives change back to customer
  • Delivers food items to guests
  • Adequately prepares for known peak business levels and effectively maintains a high level of guest service
  • Prepares all food items from standardized recipes when working in assigned outlets
  • Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same
  • If 21 years of age and has obtained a High School diploma or GED, performs the duties of a Bartender in the Bingo outlet or Coffee Bar Attendant as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
  • Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operations, and maintenance of kitchen equipment
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • Willingness to work various shifts including weekends and holidays, required
  • Ability to meet attendance guidelines set forth in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook
  • Must present a well-groomed professional appearance and maintain uniform/appearance standards set forth in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook
  • Must possess a pleasant personality and have the ability to work in a team
  • A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment

Preferred
  • High School diploma or GED

PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Have the ability to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
  • Must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures
  • Possess coordination and dexterity to use kitchen utensils, such as knives, spatulas, food tongs
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, crouch, kneel, push, and pull when rotating stock and cleaning work area
  • Able to operate the following kitchen equipment: stoves, grills, fryers, and other utensils when preparing food orders
  • Must be able to meet the level three or medium work requirements based on the Department of Labor Dictionary of Titles: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly
