• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment plans, focusing on their unique medical history and specific rehabilitation goals.
• Implement diverse treatment methods such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document all treatment sessions meticulously, tracking patients' progress and responses to specific interventions to ensure accountability and effectiveness.
• Regularly reassess patients to modify treatment plans and adjust therapeutic objectives as necessary for optimal recovery.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on various self-care techniques and the use of assistive devices, promoting independence and confidence in skills.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, staying updated on current research, and contributing to our culture of continuous improvement.

At Prairie Band Physical Therapy, our patient population includes individuals ranging from pediatric to geriatric, dealing with a variety of conditions that require rehabilitation. We focus on post-operative care, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and neurological conditions. Your role will involve tailoring interventions to each patient's specific needs, ensuring a holistic approach to care that fosters recovery and enhances their quality of life.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, along with a valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be vital for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and word processing software will aid in maintaining accurate patient records.
• You must possess a high degree of flexibility and be willing to adapt to changing patient needs and treatment dynamics.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred but not necessarily required. We welcome new graduates who show enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings is an advantage, providing familiarity with the specific challenges and requirements of this work environment.

The salary range for this position is competitive at $100,000 to $120,000 annually, in addition to a robust benefits package that includes a sign-on bonus.
