Job description

Our client is hiring an Office Manager for our Boca Raton location. This is a client facing role at the front of a high end longevity and wellness practice, and the right person will set the tone for every client who walks through our doors.

Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm Location: Boca Raton

What you'll do

  • Oversee day to day operations of the Boca Raton location
  • Manage scheduling, client communication, and the overall client experience
  • Coordinate with clinical staff, vendors, and leadership to keep the practice running smoothly
  • Serve as a polished, professional first point of contact for clients

What we're looking for

  • Prior experience managing an office or front of house operation in a medical spa, wellness, concierge medicine, or luxury service environment
  • A confident, mature, and highly polished presence. You will be interacting directly with a high net worth clientele
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once
  • A genuine interest in the health and longevity space

This is not a junior role. We're looking for someone who can run the front of the house with real ownership and represent the brand at the highest level.
