Job description

Title: Legal Practice Assistant (LPA)
Location: Florida Office
ROLE:
Seeking a legal practice assistant (LPA) for our client’s Boca Raton, FL Office. Duties will vary depending upon the attorneys that the legal practice assistant will support. Currently this position will provide support to a litigation partner and a corporate partner.
Individual will also support members of the Firm, associates, and paralegals in the areas of Bankruptcy, Corporate, Environmental, Litigation, Real Estate and Tax, Trusts & Estates.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Three (3+) years legal experience at law firm
  • Professional experience supporting attorneys in all of firms Six (6) major departments: corporate, tax, litigation, environmental, real estate, and bankruptcy.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and 3E required.
  • Knowledge of IManage and PowerPoint a plus.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Due to COVID epidemic, firm is currently working remotely with the exception of kid ministry of support in certain offices and we are allowing attorneys and staff to report to the office on an as needed basis as long as certain protocols are met.
