Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Compensation: The pay rate for this position starts at $20.00 per hour, with increases based on the candidate's years of experience.

In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you'll be the friendly face that plays a key role in creating a positive, efficient, and compassionate environment for both patients and clinical staff.
The Practice Assistant II supports efficient practice operations by providing administrative and patient-facing support under general supervision. Responsibilities include scheduling, check-in/check-out, patient communication, and office coordination. Duties may vary by department.
What You'll Do:
Schedule patient appointments and maintain appointment records.
Greet and assist patients and respond to routine inquiries.
Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and message routing.
Process billing forms and scan documents into EPIC.
Request medical records and laboratory results.
Distribute mail and faxes and prepare routine correspondence.
Collect patient co-payments as needed.
Handle messages related to prior authorizations, provider questions, prescription refills, and test results.
Serve as an EPIC Super User for scheduling, registration, and billing systems (training provided).
Assist with training staff and perform advanced scheduling functions, including surgical scheduling and schedule management, as needed.
