Position Title: Amazon Account Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Amazon Account Manager for our Nature’s Craft brand. The ideal candidate will have experience working for an Amazon 3P (Seller Central) brand managing a $20m + P&L.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assigned Amazon portfolio coordinating with PPC, analysts, operations, and creative teams to deliver profitable growth. This role does NOT manage PPC.
  • Manage new product launches ensuring smooth execution.
  • Provide monthly sales forecasts and insights to the Operations team to limit out-of-stocks or aging inventory.
  • Review performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, PPC) and translate insights into action.
  • Develop product plans, strategy documentation, and promotional calendars, ensuring alignment across other retailer channels and other Amazon portfolios.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing on creative elements to optimize listings.
  • Partner with compliance to ensure regulatory and policy requirements are met.
  • Deliver reporting on KPIs, highlighting portfolio health and opportunities for growth.
  • Support training for cross-functional teams on Amazon account management.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings for updates and collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing a $10m P&L at a brand or aggregator on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience with U.S. Amazon marketplace.
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen and understanding of listing optimization, PPC strategy, and inventory planning.
  • Proficient in tools such as Helium 10, Data Dive, Brand Analytics, and Amazon Ads Console.
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel/Sheets skills and ability to translate data into insights.
  • Capable of building relationships and working across multiple business units to coordinate deliverables.
  • Experience in supplements or e-commerce CPG products is a plus.
