Job description

We're offering a unique opportunity to develop and grow your skills in managing paid search and paid social marketing activities for our clients across North America. If spreadsheets and pivot tables don't scare you, we'll train you on everything else you need to know! Our continued growth and high demand make this an exciting time to come on board with the team!

This position manages advertising campaigns on Google and Meta to drive qualified traffic. You will be responsible for managing budgets, ad targeting, and creative - supporting our clients and internal team with your expertise. We don't blindly take Google's "recommendations" and apply them - because we have the data and experience to know what works, and what doesn't!

This is a fully remote position, you may reside anywhere in the United States.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google and Meta on behalf of clients
  • Handle budgets, bidding strategies, ad targeting, and creative, keeping everything running efficiently and on-spend

  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and refinement
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaign data
  • Research competitor SEM strategies and identify opportunities
  • Stay ahead of changes in the digital marketing landscape and help shape how we respond
  • Partner closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver results that matter to them

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in SEM/PPC or digital marketing
  • Comfortable working with data. Spreadsheets and pivot tables are your friends
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into clear insights and actions
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organized. You can manage your own workload without constant hand-holding
  • A genuine drive to grow, learn, and become an expert in your craft
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Looker Studio is a plus
  • Four-year degree preferred, but not required if your experience speaks for itself

Why Join Us:

  • Results over hype. We use proven, tested strategies and let the data do the talking
  • We check our egos at the door. Everyone here is working toward the same goal and genuinely cheers each other on
  • Growth mindset is baked into our culture. We encourage curiosity, asking questions, and constantly improving your craft
  • We over-deliver for our partners, and we bring that same commitment to our team
  • 100% remote. Work from anywhere in the US
  • No travel required, but you'll have the option to join us at our annual Summit
Employment Type: FULL_TIME
