Focus Digital is a specialized digital marketing agency providing expert-level SEO and PPC services to small and medium-sized businesses at affordable price points. We're seeking an experienced SEO & PPC Campaign Strategist to serve as the strategic bridge between our technical execution teams and our clients. This role focuses on account management and client communication rather than hands-on campaign execution. You'll develop and translate complex SEO and PPC strategies into clear, actionable business insights while building strong client relationships and ensuring campaign success aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular client calls and meetings to present progress, explain strategy rationale, and gather feedback
  • Translate complex SEO and PPC data and strategies into clear, understandable business insights for clients
  • Create and present monthly and quarterly performance reports, focusing on ROI and business impact
  • Collaborate with internal strategists to develop comprehensive SEO and PPC strategies for client accounts
  • Manage client expectations by setting realistic timelines and ROI projections aligned with our agency methodology
  • Review campaign performance and strategies developed by our execution teams to ensure quality and alignment with client goals
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Provide strategic recommendations for campaign improvements and expansion opportunities
  • Stay current with SEO and PPC best practices to provide informed strategic guidance to clients

Experience:
