Our new Large Power Transformer manufacturing facility is expanding rapidly, and we're building a world-class team of technicians, engineers, supervisors, and manufacturing professionals who are ready to shape the future of reliable, sustainable power.

We are seeking candidates across multiple functions, including but not limited to: Skilled Trades & Technicians, Engineering Roles, Leadership & Support
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Support the production of large power transformers critical to the global energy grid
  • Perform mechanical/electrical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, or quality inspections
  • Work with cutting-edge manufacturing technology and precision equipment
  • Contribute to process improvements, lean initiatives, and safety enhancements
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams
  • Help ensure safe, high-quality, on time production for customers worldwide

What You Bring
  • Technical or engineering skills in manufacturing, electrical systems, mechanical assembly, tooling, testing, or quality
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings or standards
  • A safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
