Job Title: Electrical Transformer Engineer Field Services (Transformer Industry)
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer Field Services to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for transformers in the field. Under the guidance of the team leader, you will assist customers with on-site technical issues, deliver post-sales support, and offer expert solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience working with transformers, including installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance at electrical substations, plus strong leadership skills and the ability to produce detailed technical reports.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for transformer-related issues.
  • Perform maintenance, testing, and installation of transformers.
  • Deliver technical consultations and recommend solutions to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and field teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Assist in training and guiding junior technicians when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in transformer maintenance, testing, and installation.
  • Strong technical report-writing skills.
  • Leadership abilities with experience in guiding teams or projects.
  • Proficiency in utility programs and AutoCAD.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel domestically & internationally.
  • Familiarity with industry standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have experience in power transformer assembly.
  • Must have experience in power transformer testing.
Level of Experience
  • At least 2-5 years of experience working with transformers.
