As an Electrical Design Engineer based in Jefferson City, you’ll be at the center of engineering projects that move from concept to production. You’ll translate requirements into practical designs, balance quality, cost, and schedule, and collaborate with a wide range of partners to bring solutions to life.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Deliver electrical designs on time and to quality expectations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects on track
  • Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
  • Support the development of special and custom designs
  • Identify and lead improvements to engineering processes and products
  • Define and document requirements for system enhancements
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of tools and solutions
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • Distribution transformer design experience (internship experience considered)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Experience collaborating across teams and functions
