Job description

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Power BI Developer / Analyst to join our analytics team. This role focuses on building reliable, accurate reporting solutions that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong Power BI and Excel experience, enjoys working with data, and takes ownership of delivering high-quality insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, including Power Query and DAX.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to deliver timely, accurate insights.
  • Perform validation and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and communicate results clearly.
  • Support ongoing improvements to reporting processes and KPI tracking.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
  • 2+ years of advanced Excel experience, including VBA, macros, and complex formulas.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting best practices.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)


  • Exposure to Power Automate or other workflow automation tools.
  • Familiarity with the broader Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, SQL, etc.).
  • Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies.
