Business Analyst - SAP & Supply Chain
This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support supply chain and procurement technology initiatives. This entry-level role will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of SAP-based solutions across procurement and logistics functions.
The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA and an interest in supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, or warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Support implementation and enhancement of SAP solutions across procurement and logistics domains
• Assist in analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation
• Participate in workshops, interviews, and working sessions to understand business challenges
• Create documentation such as process maps, use cases, and functional specifications
• Support testing activities including SIT and UAT
• Assist in issue resolution and production support activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and system integrators
• Maintain high attention to detail in data analysis and documentation
Total Rewards:
• Salary Range: $ 76,000 - $ 95,000
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or supply chain-related roles
• Foundational understanding of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
• Familiarity with procurement, inventory, or logistics processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
Preferred Qualifications
• 1-2 years' experience in SAP MM, WM/EWM, or logistics modules
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Exposure to SAP Fiori or SAP Ariba
• Relevant internship or coursework in ERP or supply chain
