Powder Coat Painter

Harvey Vogel Manufacturing Co., a leader in metal stampings is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota. If you take pride in producing high-quality work and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you. We are seeking a Powder Coat Painter at our Eagan location to apply powder coat paint to a variety of simple and complex parts. The hours are 6:30am - 3pm, Monday - Friday.

What You'll Do

As a Powder Coat Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare metal parts for powder coating through cleaning, masking, and inspection.
  • Apply powder coat finishes using electrostatic spray equipment.
  • Ensure proper coating thickness, coverage, and appearance.
  • Load and unload parts from the paint line.
  • Operate curing ovens and monitor coating processes.
  • Perform quality inspections and touch-ups as needed.
  • Maintain paint equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
  • Work closely with team members to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Previous powder coating, painting, or manufacturing experience preferred.
