Lead Powder Coater/Painter

Schedule: 4-day workweek! Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM Occasional overtime on Fridays

Competitive base wages starting at $21.50/hour plus $2.00/hour shift premium

Job Summary: Are you a motivated leader with a sharp eye for quality, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence? At KI, we are seeking a Powder Coater/Painter Lead to guide and support our dynamic team in Manitowoc, WI.

Responsibilities:   

  • Oversee the operation of the automatic paint booth to ensure efficiency and precision  
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Ensure high-quality standards in powder coat application and efficient color changes
  • Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with departments to maintain production flow and meet deadlines
