Job description

Powder Paint Sprayer
Location: Somerset, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time, 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE)

Overtime: As needed

About the Company

Our client is a leading custom fabrication facility specializing in sheet metal, tubing, and wire components. They provide high-quality manufacturing solutions through skilled employees, advanced technology, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing.
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Powder Paint Sprayer to join their team.
Responsibilities
  • Apply powder coating consistently and accurately to parts and components
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Load and unload powder paint materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Perform repetitive production tasks efficiently
  • Assist with other duties and workstations as needed to support production requirements
Qualifications
Required
  • Minimum of 1 year of powder coating or powder painting experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience operating powder coating equipment and powder guns
  • Ability to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred
  • Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environments
