LaborMAX Staffing is hiring an Entry-Level Powder Coater / Painter for a manufacturing facility in the Tampa area.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare parts for powder coating and painting.
  • Hang, mask, and remove parts.
  • Inspect finished products for quality.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Follow safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Powder coating or painting experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to stand for extended periods.

Compensation:

  • $16.00 per hour
  • Weekly pay
