$15–$22 per hour | Day Shift | Overtime Available

Morgan Metals Inc is hiring a Powder Coater to join our metal fabrication team in Athens, AL. If you have experience applying powder coatings in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • $15–$22 per hour
  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM
  • Weekends as needed (overtime opportunities)
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Disability, PTO, Holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare metal surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and racking
  • Apply powder coating using spray guns and powder booth systems
  • Operate curing ovens to ensure proper finish and durability
  • Inspect coated parts for thickness, coverage, and defects
  • Maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures
  • Meet daily production targets

Qualifications:

  • Previous powder coating experience preferred
