We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our fabricated products meet the highest quality standards with a durable, professional finish.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and clean metal surfaces for coating, including sanding, masking, and applying pre-treatment.
  • Apply powder coating materials to a variety of fabricated parts using spray equipment.
  • Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, ovens, and spray guns.
  • Ensure proper curing of coated parts by monitoring oven temperatures and bake times.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and adherence to company standards.
  • Touch up, rework, or recoat parts when necessary.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Assist with material handling, hanging, and packaging of finished products.
  • Collaborate with production team to meet daily schedules and deadlines.
