4423 Pheasant Ridge Road, Roanoke, Virginia 24014Job DescriptionHarmony Senior Services, a certified Great Place To Work and one the country's fastest growing companies in the luxury senior living industry, is seeking an experienced Painter based in Virginia. This regional role would be responsible for Harmony's senior living communities located in the state including Lorton and Chester to name a couple.
As aPainter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial painting, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. This role requires frequent travel and a proficiency in various painting techniques and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary

Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment

Mix paints and other materials according to specifications, utilizing knowledge of color theory

Read and interpret schematics and project plans to ensure accurate execution of designs

Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during the painting process

Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of two years' experience working as a professional painter

Valid state Driver's License in good standing
