What is a postal worker?

Postal workers are employees who work for postal services, such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), and are responsible for sorting, processing, and delivering mail and packages. Their duties can include collecting mail from mailboxes, delivering letters and parcels to homes and businesses, and operating postal vehicles. In addition, some postal workers work in post offices, assisting customers with mailing needs, selling stamps, and handling packages.
