JLM is a one-stop resource for the packing, shipping, printing and other business service needs of the residents and businesses of the Bay Area.

JLM has an on-site, front-facing customer service position available for the right individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate must be ready and able to work in a fast-paced environment, problem solve and multi-task through periods of brisk activity and frequent interruptions.ย 
ย 
Position Pay Rate:ย  $18.34/hr CSM Clerkย 
Position Type: Part-Time (10 - 30 hours/week Monday thru Saturday) (Hiring for Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday between 9am and 6:15pm)
Position Pay Frequency: Weekly

Role:
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย Answer shipping, mailbox or other general questions.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย Pack, ship items and ring up transactions independently.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail. Candidate will correctly route to all mailbox holders.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย Apply federal and agency policies in reading and sorting mail.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย Operate point of sales register, scale and other mailroom equipment as needed.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย Scan and organize delivered packages.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Perform clerical tasks such as answering telephones, handling mail, operating office equipment and maintaining office supplies.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย Gather, compile, verify information, perform data entry and bill clients when necessary.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย Take on other tasks as assigned.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย Maintain cleanliness of store by dusting, sweeping, taking out trash, etc.
โ€ขย  ย  ย  ย Note: Lead CSM Clerk must be willing to be the opener and/or the closer for any day worked

While the environment is relaxed, JLM attire must be business casual. Business casual is defined as at a minimum a fitted t-shirt or polo shirt, fitted pant (denim or khaki (any color)) or skirt, and a comfortable non-slip shoe. Any deviation must be pre-approved by the management team.
