About the Role:
M & R Electrical Services LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Office Assistant to join our growing team in Tucson, AZ! This is a great opportunity to play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities:
  • Process and review incoming Credit Card Transactions accurately and on time
  • Answer Phone
  • Communicate with Field Workers as Supportย 
  • Assist with data entry, scan, emailing, filing, and maintaining organized financial documentation
  • Support month-end closing processes and AP reporting directly under the supervision of the office managerย 
  • Coordinate with field and management teams to verify and code expenses
  • Maintain Clockshark Timekeeping
  • Perform general office administrative duties as needed to support daily operations
  • Office Errandsย 
  • Retrieve and distribute company mail by driving to the local post office on a regular basis.
  • Reports to Office Manager

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in accounts payable role preferred
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online), Microsoft Office Suite, Teams
  • Must be proficient with Quickbooks Online
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Emails and Calendar
  • Desired:ย  Worked in Construction office environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative office team
  • High school diploma and Office Experience Desirable
  • Professionalism
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    Ability to drive locally for business-related errands, including daily mail pickup from the post office.
    Clean driving record preferred.
