Job description

Job Summary
- Operate high-volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, and bindery equipment
- Perform copying, scanning, imaging, and associated document tasks
- Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on copier and site equipment
- Set up equipment (add toner, stock paper, etc.) as required
- Handle shipping/receiving of products, materials, and office supplies
- Sort, distribute, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and faxes, applying postage as needed
- Distribute office supplies and completed jobs to designated locations
- Maintain records, logs, inventories, and management reports
- Calculate charges for jobs performed and generate related reports
- Respond to and coordinate customer service calls and job requests
- Provide temporary/occasional reception and call center services as needed
- Perform meeting/conference room and building support setup tasks
- May assist with building occupant moves and light cleaning/maintenance
- Use various office and bindery equipment (shrink-wrap, paper cutter, stapler, etc.)
- Perform filing, purging, and archiving of documents as needed
- Ensure copier and work areas are clean, organized, and well stocked
- May travel between customer buildings to deliver jobs or perform services
- May require periodic overtime, including nights, weekends, and emergency response
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and data capture requirements
