Pay: $13.50/hr plus performance based tiers!!
Location: Work in office is required!
Schedule: Part-Time, Mondays 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays 7:30 am - 11:30 am
Overview
Our Incoming Bill Processors enter mailed-in bills into our software. These team members efficiently open and accurately sort thousands of mail pieces a day. Speed and accuracy are keys to success, but with our in-depth training, on-site instructors, and extended time periods to meet standards, any individual that is goal-oriented, willing to learn, and persistent will be successful.
Responsibilities
As an Incoming Bill Processor, you will be responsible for:
  • Opening and sorting mail based on type of correspondence
  • Scanning and saving all bills into company software
  • Identifying and resolving duplicate bills' causes
  • Picking up mail from post office
