Responsibilities:

Front Office & Reception

  • Visitor reception - Greet and assist customers, vendors, and guests; maintain a clean and organized lobby.
  • Call handling - Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Front desk coordination - Maintain office supplies, forms, and informational materials; support daily office flow.

Administrative & Clerical Support

  • Document preparation - Draft letters, memos, reports, and internal communications.
  • Recordkeeping - Enter and maintain accurate data across office and accounting systems.
  • Mail processing - Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Scheduling support - Assist with calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination.

Accounting & Financial Support

  • Transaction posting - Record vouchers, cash, checks, and electronic payments.
  • Customer payment processing - Process payments and prepare daily deposit reports.
  • Account reconciliations - Verify accuracy of financial entries and resolve discrepancies.
  • AP/AR support - Assist with invoice entry, vendor communication, and customer billing.

Experience and Skills:
