Job Summary
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages daily
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent multi-tasking
- Utilize handheld devices, computers, and POS systems
- Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing up to 400 lbs on wheels
- Apply basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Operate postage machines and other office equipment
- Maintain good organization and customer service skills
- Adhere to dress code: black/navy polo, khakis or jeans (no distressed/holey jeans), and comfortable sneakers
- No driving required; public transportation is encouraged due to parking costs
- Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Must have high-volume mailroom experience
- Work assignments are diverse and may include walking between buildings
- Physical activities include standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, and occasional climbing
