Job description

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, recruiting sales associates and management candidates while training and developing store personnel in all aspects of the business. A Store Manager will also oversee and be accountable for total operations of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management and managing operating costs and shrinkage. The position will require you to continually evaluate and react to performance issues and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Must have at least 1year proven retail management experience, reliable transportation, and be able to safely and regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, process information and merchandise through a POS Register system, climb ladders, and work varied hours and days as business dictates.
