Position Summary:

The Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality and availability, efficiency and excellent customer service, effective staff management and problem solving. Shift awareness and a positive attitude are essential to being a Shift Manager. We depend on our Shift Managers to lead by example and to always make our guests feel welcome and appreciated.


Responsibilities:

- Provides fast, friendly customer service to all guests.ย 

- Operates a POS system by taking orders and collecting payment.ย 

- Prepares and packages customer orders to their satisfaction.ย 

- Cleans and prepares cooking and prep areas.ย 

- Demonstrates a complete knowledge of menu items and ingredients.ย 

- Accounts for food quality and quantity.ย 


Requirements:

- Minimum age is 18ย 

- Excellent communication skillsย 

- Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 20lbs. from one area to another)ย 

- Ability to operate a computerized POS systemย 

- Basic math skills and written/verbal skillsย 

- Enthusiasm and team playerย 

- Commitment to excellent customer service
