JOB DESCRIPTION

Store Manager – Jet's Pizza


About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Manager to join our team at Jet's Pizza off Olio Rd! You'll help run the day-to-day operations, help lead a great team, and make sure every customer leaves happy. This is an owner-operated location with a great team culture and real opportunities to grow with us as we expand in the Indiana market.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate the team to hit sales goals and deliver great customer service
  • Handle daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory
  • Train new team members on operations, POS systems, and customer service
  • Handle customer questions and resolve any issues quickly and professionally

What We're Looking For

  • Some management or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or grocery
  • A natural leader who can motivate a team and help people grow
  • Comfortable with POS systems and cash handling
  • Organized, able to multitask, and great with people
