It’s all about the details here at ModWash!The POS Administrator at MODWASH LLC supports the configuration, and ongoing maintenance of POS systems and related IT infrastructure across car wash locations. This role focuses on ensuring reliable system performance, secure network connectivity, and rapid resolution of technical issues that impact site operations. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, experience with hardware and software used in POS environments, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment.Duties & Responsibilities:Setup, configure, and support POS systems, including software, kiosks, pay stations, controllers, and backend devices.Configure and support remote access and monitoring tools such as ScreenConnect and RMM platforms.Provide Tier 3 escalated support for POS software, IT systems, NXT, Micrologic, and third-party applications.Respond to tickets using IT service management software, ensuring timely issue resolution.Maintain IT and POS asset inventory, software licensing, procurement of parts, and warranty coordination.Support new store openings, POS conversions, cabling, backend configuration, and hardware deployment.Troubleshoot and install camera systems, workstations, peripherals, printers, and related site IT equipment.Perform system health checks and corrective actions to maintain operational continuity.Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, incident reports, and knowledge-base entries.Provide after-hours and weekend support when required.Low travel to store locations and occasionally out of state as needed.Requirements2+ years of experience supporting POS systems, IT hardware, or equivalent technical fieldwork.Hands-on experience with Windows-based systems, networking hardware.Working knowledge of switches, firewalls, DHCP/DNS, wireless networks, and server administration.Ability to diagnose and repair hardware, wiring, and control systems.Experience using remote access tools and IT ticketing systems.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
