Purpose of the Position

The purpose of this role is for the sales administrator to be responsible for providing administrative support for the Sales Operation team. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to internal and external staff and customers.


Job Requirements:
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for non-product related customer questions, order status, lead time, tracking number and other duties.
  • Confirms accuracy of the customer quote regarding prices, terms, quality, ship to and bill to addresses, etc.
  • Converts quotes into orders once the customer PO is received and verified.
  • Proactively updates customer on upcoming delivery status, PO changes, etc. 
  • Assists Inside and Outside Sales Representatives with maintaining C4C database including assisting with updates as required. 
  • Assist with quote generation with the guidance of Inside or Outside Sales as required.
  • Coordinates with Global Manufacturing Plants for delivery of product and escalates issues and delays to appropriate Inside and Outside Sales representatives.
  • Provides Sales Engineers and Managers with data and information as requested.
  • Managing customer portals. 
  • Checking daily, weekly, and monthly task list on SAP. 
  • Complete vendor forms accurately and at timely manner. 
  • Process myKistler registrations and create accounts.
  • Process requests for quotes (RFQs), purchase orders (POs), and technical inquiries.
  • Enter leads from trade shows into customer database
  • Perform other duties as needed.


Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 
  • Two or more years of Customer Service and our related experience.
  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience in SAP, C4C or related ERP and CRM system 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Knowledge in Export Compliance Procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Physical requirements: ability to sit at a desk 80% of workday; ability to use computer 80% of workday. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
