Position Overview

The Portfolio Operations Manager is a key leadership role at Initio Capital, responsible for driving operational excellence across our portfolio of companies. This role focuses on optimizing operational processes, aligning company objectives with operational capabilities, and ensuring the efficient scaling of portfolio companies. The individual will work closely with portfolio managers, executive leadership, and operational teams to enhance performance and value creation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of portfolio companies, implementing process improvements, efficiency optimizations, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on operational performance across the portfolio, providing actionable insights to improve productivity and profitability.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with portfolio management, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless operations and execution of business strategies.

  • Strategic Execution: Lead and implement key operational projects that drive value creation, growth, and scalability for portfolio companies.

  • Best Practice Implementation: Develop and share operational best practices across portfolio companies, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement.
