What You Will Do
The Portfolio Operations Manager serves as a dedicated operational resource and strategic partner responsible for improving execution, accountability, consistency, and performance across an assigned portfolio. This role supports Regional Portfolio Managers by providing hands-on community support, implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators, assisting with property transitions, supporting lease-up and staffing needs, preparing for audits and compliance reviews, and helping address operational challenges that impact property performance. Travel may be up to 50%, depending on portfolio location and business needs.
