We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations for a substantial residential real estate portfolio. This position will guide financial reporting, period-end close activities, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance while helping the team operate efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:

โ€ข Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, maintaining timeliness, consistency, and strong financial controls.
