Job description

Motor Werks, a distinguished member of the renowned Murgado Automotive Group, is a premier destination for automotive excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Porsche Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our service department, the Porsche Automotive Technician will play a vital role in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for our Porsche vehicles.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·         Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Porsche vehicles, including engine diagnostics, electrical system repairs, and brake service.
·         Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
·         Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and address any potential safety or performance concerns.
·         Perform complex repairs and replacements in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
·         Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repair recommendations and provide cost estimates.
·         Maintain accurate records of work performed and adhere to dealership policies and procedures.
·         Stay current with Porsche technical bulletins and training to ensure proficiency in the latest automotive technology.
 
Qualifications:
·         Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician or mechanic, specializing in Porsche vehicles.
·         Porsche certification or equivalent technical training is highly desirable.
·         Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues.
·         Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and repair tools specific to Porsche vehicles.
·         Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
·         Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
