Corestaff is the official MSP resourcing partner for Porsche Cars North America for contractor positions operating and managing their nationwide contingent workforce program. The candidate selected for this role will be an employee of Corestaff with a placement at Porsche Cars North America in Atlanta, GA.


Position Objective:

Assist with managing the Porsche Experience Center Delivery (PEC Delivery) Program in order to provide the best possible delivery experience for Porsche customers. Work directly with Porsche Dealers and customers to schedule and facilitate the PEC Delivery process from start to finish. Continue to enhance the program offerings while maintaining or improving the cost structure so that the overall program value is maximized for customers and Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA).


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate PEC Delivery information on scheduling, pricing, and delivery procedures to dealers and retail customers.
  • Process all PEC Delivery orders from pre-delivery to post-delivery to ensure seamless delivery experience for customers. Includes vehicle configuration, PEC Delivery Order Forms, additional foiling option order form, delivery scheduling, special customer requests, accurate paperwork development, and coordination with logistics of vehicle shipment from port to PEC.
  • Develop and maintain PEC Delivery internal dealer communications.
  • Assist in promoting the PEC Delivery program through articles in Porsche publications, Porsche web-content maintenance, brochure development, coordination with PCA Travel club and Porsche Track Experience. Assist in writing all communications on PEC Delivery.
  • Resolve customer/dealer complaints and disputes related to PEC Delivery program with the Customer Relations Management (CRM) team.
  • Coordinate with PEC Team to schedule PEC Deliveries within PEC availability as well as coordination with PEC technicians and onsite delivery team to ensure proper arrival timing for vehicles to have Pre-Delivery Inspections performed and vehicle detailed prior to PEC Delivery.
  • Coordinate with Logistics for transportation of PEC Delivery vehicles, to include but not limited to, weekly call of vehicles from port to PEC, transportation of cancelled PEC Delivery vehicles from port to dealership or from PEC to dealership.
  • Continue to enhance the program by working with airlines, hotels and travel companies to develop new partnerships and events, develop Dealer programs for promotion. Assist in the development of new program offerings to create a more exclusive customer purchasing and delivery experience.
  • Attend occasional dealership marketing events to promote PEC Delivery, or internal training programs to train dealers on PEC Delivery program and processes.
  • Cross-train and assist with the European Delivery Program as needed including document collection, welcome packets, check requests, and general inquiries.


Education:

  • 4 year degree. Business Management, Marketing, or Related Field
  • Automotive industry experiance
  • 2 years customer service experience.
  • Automotive industry experience or knowledge preferred.
  • Direct sales and marketing experience a plus.


Skills:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Very high customer orientation.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and judgment.
  • Ability to operate with considerable independence.
  • Proficiency with MS office applications, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel.
