Job description

We are hiring a top-tier Porsche technician who’s ready to step into a lead role with real influence on how a shop business runs and grows.

We are an independent Porsche shop in Fairfax, with a reputation to uphold and the need to evolve with new leadership.

Who This Role Is For:

  • A Porsche specialist—from a dealership, motorsport, or a high-end performance shop.

  • Ideally someone who is interested in more than just turning wrenches. The position provides an opportunity for fast growth into leadership and for the right candidate even ownership-level responsibility and partnership in an established business.

  • A technician who is sharp with tools and with people—able to lead and communicate with a team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience servicing Porsche vehicles

  • Strong diagnostic skills using PIWIS or equivalent diagnostic tools

  • Deep understanding of Porsche systems: drivetrain, suspension, electrical, cooling, etc.

  • Ability to work on both air-cooled and water-cooled Porsche models

  • Experience with major service intervals, engine work, transmission service, IMS, AC systems, etc.

  • Competency in inspection, documentation, and communication

  • Ability to lead, coach, and support junior technicians

  • Certifications are a plus—but real Porsche experience matters most

  • Willingness to get certified if not certified already
