We're hiring a Go-To-Market Engineer to build and scale the systems behind our marketing and revenue engine. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, automation, and AI, owning the tooling and workflows that power personalized customer experiences, efficient pipeline creation, and trusted revenue insights.ย 


In this role you'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to translate GTM strategy into scalable, automated systems. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into workflows, experimentation into impact, and tools into growth.ย 


Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve our core marketing systems, including HubSpot as the source of truth for lifecycle management, segmentation, automation, and reporting.ย 
  • Design, build, and maintain reliable integrations and data flows across marketing and revenue systems, including HubSpot, Chili Piper, Webflow, and Clay.ย 
  • Build revenue-driving automation using Clay to power lead enrichment, ICP matching, scoring, and segmentation.ย 
  • Implement intelligent routing and scheduling workflows with Chili Piper to improve speed-to-lead and conversion.ย 
  • Partner with marketing to enable personalization and experimentation across lifecycle and web experiences using HubSpot and Webflow.ย 
  • Apply AI and automation techniques to streamline GTM workflows, reduce manual work, and improve signal quality across the funnel.ย 
  • Continuously test, optimize, and scale marketing systems to improve conversion rates, pipeline efficiency, and revenue impact.ย 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure systems align with GTM strategy and business goals.ย 
  • Document systems, workflows, and best practices to support clarity, scalability, and knowledge sharing.ย 


Requirements

  • Experience building or owning marketing systems, GTM infrastructure, or marketing automation in a B2B SaaS environment.ย ย 
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for lifecycle management, automation, segmentation, and reporting.ย ย 
  • Proven ability to build revenue-driving workflows using enrichment and automation tools such as Clay.ย ย 
  • Familiarity supporting conversion, personalization, or experimentation on marketing websites using Webflow.ย ย 
  • Experience implementing or supporting routing and scheduling workflows with tools like Chili Piper.ย ย 
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnels, ICP definition, segmentation, and how marketing ties to pipeline and revenue.ย ย 
  • Comfort working with integrations, APIs, webhooks, and structured data (e.g., JSON).ย ย 
  • Interest in applying AI and automation to marketing and GTM workflows to improve efficiency and impact.ย
