Responsibilities - Service Technician:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and high-voltage vehicle systems to manufacturer standards
  • Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, etc.)
  • Accurately document all work performed, including parts and labor
  • Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly with Service Advisors and customers
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment safely while maintaining a clean, compliant workspace
  • Stay current on Porsche systems, new technologies, and repair methods through ongoing training

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Technician:

  • 2+ years of automotive technician experience required
  • Experience with Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or Volkswagen highly valued
  • Porsche Gold Master or Classic Certification is a major plus
  • Proficiency with PIWIS, PET2, Hunter alignment equipment preferred
  • Familiarity with CDK, myKaarma, or other DMS platforms a plus
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with a detail- and results-driven mindset
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
