Responsibilities – Service Advisor:

  • Greet service customers, listen to concerns, and provide clear repair recommendations and estimates
  • Sell and promote vehicle maintenance, repair services, and protection plans
  • Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
  • Accurately document repair orders and work with technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs
  • Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated throughout the service process
  • Help maintain strong CSI, profitability, and compliance with OEM guidelines


Qualifications/Requirements – Service Advisor:

  • 1+ year of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
  • OR Automotive Sales, Parts, or Service experience in a dealership, RV, Powersports, Motorcycle, or Marine environment
  • Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
