Claims Officer

Porsche Finance Group Ukraine is represented by Porsche Leasing Ukraine, Porsche Mobility, and Porsche Insurance Agency. They are owned by the Austrian Porsche Bank, which belongs to the Porsche Holding (Volkswagen Group). PFG Ukraine provides financial, operating leasing, car loans, insurance and fleet management for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, CUPRA, Porsche, Skoda and MAN. Possible tasks within this role include maintenance of debt collection procedures (leasing/credit contracts), monitoring of clients' portfolio payment discipline, implementation of measures for settlement of overdue debts, written/verbal contacts with clients (soft collection), and cooperation with collection agencies (hard collection support).

Qualification requirements include strong communication, negotiation and facilitation skills, work experience in the sphere of debt management, knowledge of legal basics, and proficiency in Excel. Skills required are problem solving, customer service, continual improvement process, database management, verbal communication, customer relationship management (CRM), communication skills, analytical thinking, data analysis, claims processing, and statistical data analysis.
