We’re looking for an experienced In-Ground Pool Technician to join our service team. This role includes maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, liner replacements, openings/closings, and equipment installs for residential in-ground pools. Ideal candidates are reliable, mechanically inclined, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities:
  • Routine pool maintenance & water testing
  • Diagnose/repair pumps, heaters, filters, plumbing, salt systems, automation
  • Install & service equipment
  • In-ground liner replacements
  • Pool openings/closings (start-up & winterizing)
  • Maintain service records & communicate with office
  • Provide customer guidance & care instructions
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years pool tech experience (in-ground preferred)
  • Strong mechanical/problem-solving skills
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs & work outdoors
  • Valid driver’s license; clean record
