Experienced Pool Service Technician, Part Time or Full Time — Leander, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, Round Rock, Pflugerville TX and surrounding areas | $17–$23/hr | W-2 Position Company truck + tools provided. Full-time and part-time shifts available. Done by early afternoon.

The Schedule
You start early. You finish early. Most days you're done and home by early afternoon while everyone else is still grinding in the worst of the heat.
  • Part-Time:  Approx:  20-35 hrs/week (Typically  7:00AM - 11:00 AM or 12 PM - 4:00 PM)
  • Full-Time: Approx. 35-40 hrs/week (Typically 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
What This Job Actually Looks Like
You'll run a consistent route of residential pools across Leander and the surrounding area — roughly 5-6 pools pre day for part-time techs and 10-12 pools per day for full-time techs. At each stop, you do a complete service: skim, brush, vacuum, empty baskets, test and balance the water chemistry, check the equipment, and log your work. Then you move on.
It's independent work. Nobody's following you around. You have a route, you have a system, and you run it.

We provide everything you need to do the job — company truck, all tools, and all chemicals. You pick up the truck at our Leander location each morning and head out. You bring the work ethic; we supply the rest.
