  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to build trust and ensure satisfaction
  • Accurately complete service reports, work orders, and notes for each visit
  • Safely transport, handle, and store pool chemicals in accordance with company and regulatory standards
  • Operate and maintain company service vehicles and equipment

Additional Duties & Expectations

  • Provide high-quality service to both residential and commercial clients
  • Follow all company safety procedures, including safe driving and chemical handling practices
  • Assist with basic repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment diagnostics (training provided if needed)
  • Work on construction or equipment installation sites when required (including plumbing, pad setups, and cleanup)
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
  • Lift and carry equipment and materials (typically up to 50+ lbs)
  • Keep service vehicles clean, stocked, and organized at all times
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing development
  • Uphold company values, professionalism, and a positive team culture
  • Be punctual, reliable, and prepared to start each day on time (typical start time: 7:00 AM)

Qualifications
