Job description

We are looking to add 2 Pool Servers to our team. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore takes great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our resort's mission. Candidate will possess ability work in high volume outdoor environment. This position pays $10.98 + tips.

Responsibilities: 

  • Greets all guests arriving at the pool in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
    Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following SOP's

  • Assist with opening pool bar duties.

  • Anticipate guests’ needs, responds promptly, and acknowledge all guests.

  • Maintains positive guest relations at all times.

  • Open, set up, and organize cascades dining area

  • Walk pool deck during service taking food and drink orders

  • Have working knowledge of bar menu and drinks, garnishes and preparation methods

  • Clean tables and rest as needed.

  • Work closely with bartenders to provide quality guest experience

  • Assist with closing shift duties

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous Experience is a Plus

  • Able to work in Heat during shifts 

  • Able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • Excellent guest service skills and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to lift to 20 lbs. and carry up to 75 lbs.

  • Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
