Rancho de los Caballeros is seeking a reliable, vibrant, hospitality-driven Resort Pool Server to join our team. The
Pool Server delivers exceptional food and beverage service to guests in cabanas and pool deck
areas, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable vacation experience. They take orders,
process payments, maintain cleanliness, and anticipate guest needs in an outdoor, fast-paced
environment. The role requires physical stamina and a welcoming, professional attitude.
Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests warmly, provide menu recommendations and check in regularly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS System.
  • Inspect food and beverage items to ensure proper presentation, quality, and accuracy.
  • Assist guests with locating open lounge chairs or tables, arrange umbrellas, and ensure the pool deck and dining areas remain spotless.
  • Clear tables, remove empty barware, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Enforce pool rules and safety regulations.
  • Performs opening, closing, and weekly duties. Including but not limited to; cleaning, stocking, and prepping.

Requirements:
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement for serving alcohol as set by state law.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bending, and carry trays for extended periods.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to balance trays of drinks and food items.
