As a Pool Server & Bartender, you'll be the heartbeat of our poolside experience. You'll craft
refreshing cocktails that capture the spirit of vacation, serve delicious bites with a smile, and
create an atmosphere where guests feel like they're exactly where they're meant to be. Your
service will be the difference between a good day at the pool and an unforgettable one.
Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Welcome guests with genuine warmth and ensure they feel relaxed and cared for from
the moment they arrive.
? Prepare and serve signature cocktails, mocktails, and beverages.
? Take and deliver food orders promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet resort
standards.
? Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service area throughout your
shift.
? Clear tables, remove empty barware, and maintain cleanliness.
? Anticipate guest needs - a drink refill, or a menu recommendation.
? Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
? Collaborate with the pool operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Previous experience as a bartender, server, or in a dual role-preferably in a resort,
hotel, or high-volume hospitality setting.
? Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and beer.
? Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
? Current food handler's certification (or ability to obtain before start date).
