Hourly Rate: $16.00
Job Status: Casual (0-19 / hours per week).
$500 SIGN ON BONUS - This bonus is for new hires. Internal candidates, college programs, rehires and managers are excluded. Payments are in $250 increments at 30 and 90 days, paid on the following paycheck.

As a Pool Server, a typical day will include:
  • Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.

  • Communicates additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.

  • Maintains an open line of communication with guests throughout the day to ensure all guest needs are accommodated.

  • Follows appropriate procedures for serving alcohol.

  • Works outside on the resort pool and recreation areas. Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage.

  • Processes all payment methods in accordance with Accounting procedures and policies.

To Become a Pool Server at MVW:
  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.

  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

  • Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.

  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
