Job Overview:
As a Server you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Guest Service:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer guest questions about the menu, specials, and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Operations:
  • Set up and maintain dining areas, including table settings and cleanliness.
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Assist with side work tasks, such as cleaning, stocking, and preparing beverages.
  • Teamwork:
  • Work effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and bartenders.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and guests.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
